The Google ARCore certification list is updated from time to time as more devices meet its standards. Google has the standard for all compatible smartphones to provide a decent AR experience. Before being included in the ARCore certification list, Google tests the motion sensor, camera quality, and design architecture. Moreover, Google guarantees that the device is equipped with a powerful processor that will ensure optimal performance and real-time calculations. IGenerally, Google will add newly listed Android devices to the ARCore certification list if they meet its standards.
ARCore certification lists new members

The Google ARCore certification list is also considered an exposure channel as it sometimes lists some unreleased devices. All 41 models above are officially certified by Google, which means that the device has passed tests in many different areas, such as camera quality and motion sensor accuracy.
